We were disappointed by the uncleanliness of our room, as we found rubbish stuffed in the couch. The complimentary shuttle was a big letdown. we waited for over half an hour only to see it drive by without stopping. The staff member who checked us in was friendly, but it was overshadowed by the awkwardness we witnessed when another staff was publicly chastised by the manager, which made us feel uncomfortable.

The decor gave off a modern vibe that seemed to match the urban energy of the area. The convenience of the airport shuttle made my arrival and departure smooth, even if I initially missed it on the way in.

Unfortunately, the amenities left a bit to be desired. The sauna was out of order during my stay, and the pool access rules were frustrating. I had to rely on the front desk for access when they locked it earlier. The fridge in my room malfunctioned, ruining my food, and their compensation didn't quite cut it.
